Our Story

In 2009, the Amazonian sorbets industry Anauê. Our mission is to reveal to the world the richness of the flavors of Amazonian fruits and the authenticity of Açai, without the addition of preservatives, at the same time, in which we support local communities and preserve the environment.

To ensure sustainability, producers adopt forest management techniques, such as selective fruit collection and the use of agroforestry techniques, which preserve biodiversity and increase the resistance of plantations. This contributes to the health of the ecosystem and promotes the sustainability of acai production.

The pulp is extracted efficiently, minimizing waste, and the leftovers of the process are reused, as the seed that can be used for bioenergy production or as an agricultural substrate. Additionally, the company is transitioning to the use of renewable energy in its processing facilities, aiming to achieve the goal of 100% clean energy in its production in the coming years, contributing to carbon reduction.
